25 Churchill Place is an environmentally conscious addition to the Canary Wharf Development, dramatically sited along London’s waterfront.

A premium commercial office building located towards the east end of the Canary Wharf Development on the Isle of Dogs, 25 Churchill Place has two waterfront aspects—a larger body of dock water to the south and a canal waterway called Bellmouth Passage to the west.

Each elevation of the building is separated from the next by tapering mitred corners, creating four dynamic framed façades. The typical office floor plates visually open onto a west facing pocket atrium, with access into these atrium bases.

25 Churchill Place is one of the most energy efficient office buildings on the Canary Wharf Estate to date. Environmental features include elevators that store and reuse energy elsewhere in the building, ultra-efficient air-conditioning equipment that recycles the energy from exhaust air, photo voltaic cells, and a green roof. 25 Churchill Place achieved an Excellent BREEAM environmental performance rating and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of 40+.
