Commercial Observer reported the investment bank will be occupying over 23,000 square feet in the KPF-designed office building in Downtown D.C. upon its completion.
UBS will relocate its Washington D.C. office to 17xM once the building completes in 2024. They will be joined by anchor tenant Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, a law firm that signed a 16-year lease, occupying more than half the building at almost 164,000 square feet. The building, which will feature over 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a 5,500-square-foot fitness center, and a rooftop terrace, topped out earlier this year and is now over 50% leased. 17xM’s dynamic form offers an increased number of perimeter offices per floor and maximizes views.
