The Dallas Morning News Unveils KPF-Designed Ivy Park

In an interview with developer Jonas Woods, the paper described the mixed-use tower planned for the Knox-Henderson neighborhood of Dallas.

The 30-story Ivy Park will bring a 97-room boutique hotel and 63 condominium units to a prime site with access to the Katy Trail, Dallas’s major greenbelt. The design sensitively weaves together a new northern trailhead with an active ground plane featuring food and beverage focused retail and residential amenities, as well as a hotel pool. Additional residential amenities, including another pool and spa, will be on the third floor.

“We’re creating a real node there that will be another phenomenal amenity for the Katy Trail and all that kind of pedestrian flow that really happens all the way from Victory Park all the way past Knox,” said Developer Jonas Woods in an exclusive interview with The Dallas Morning News. The project is expected to break ground in late 2027, pending city zoning approvals, and is part of KPF’s growing presence in Dallas. The Knox Street Office is under construction nearby and the Bank of America Tower at Parkside topped out earlier this year.
