KPF’s 30-story Uptown Dallas tower marks a major construction milestone.
Construction on the Bank of America Tower at Parkside has reached its peak, marking a significant milestone for what will become the tallest building in Uptown Dallas. Rising 30 stories and 445 feet, the KPF-designed tower redefines the office building typology for a city known for its sprawling urban fabric. At the intersection of Uptown Dallas, the Arts District, and Victory Park, the 525,000-square-foot, office tower is on track for completion in 2027. In addition to Bank of America’s anchor tenancy, the Class-A tower has attracted the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) to establish its headquarters, dubbed the Texas Market Center, within the building.
The design prioritizes green space and a human scale, contributing to the livability of Uptown Dallas’ densifying urban context. The building’s staggered tiers offer tenants a range of floorplate depths, while landscaped balconies and terraces extend the greenery of the neighboring Klyde Warren Park vertically through the building. A planted podium façade and open-air outdoor spaces reinforce an inside/outside dialogue that softens the tower’s presence on the street.
