The Dallas Morning News Checks in on Parkside Uptown

The local outlet reports the KPF-designed high-rise is scheduled to begin construction midyear.

The first phase of Parkside Uptown, a 30-story tower with a podium and integrated parking, is slated to break ground in the next few months, reports the Dallas Morning News. The project is situated at a central point between Uptown Dallas, the Arts District, and Victory Park, overlooking Klyde Warren Park. A mixed-use podium includes retail stores and amenities, while the upper tower houses office space and a tenant-only fitness facility. Parkside Uptown advances this model of development, integrating a variety of programming in a single building, within the otherwise sprawling city.

The article highlights the success of similar projects in the district, noting “The newest office buildings in the Uptown area have leased ahead of schedule and at markedly higher rates than anticipated.”
