The premium office towers, developed as a joint venture between Swire Properties and Lujiazui Group, will complete the office component of the 380,000 sqm Taikoo Li Qiantan development, a vibrant, mixed-use destination and a vision for Shanghai’s future urban landscape.
Scheduled for completion in 2026—with pre-leasing underway—One Qiantan Place features 30 stories of premium Grade-A office space including an exclusive entertainment terrace on the ninth floor and a 750 sqm public green space at the tower’s crown. Connected through an integrated retail podium, Two Qiantan Place offers 24 stories of high-quality workspace with multi-modal transport links to Shanghai’s metro lines and major thoroughfares.
The design is inspired by the natural forms of mountain landscapes, where gentle curves, cut-outs, and setbacks enhance views and create outdoor spaces that prioritize social interaction and user wellbeing. The development incorporates advanced technologies for comfort optimization and carbon efficiency. Both towers have achieved LEED and WELL double platinum pre-certification.
