Hudson Commons, Rosewood Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS, Hudson Yards, Rosewood Bangkok, and China Resources Tower are celebrated for their achievements in office, retail, hospitality, and structure.
Hudson Commons, an office tower in New York, won a variety of awards including the Engineering News Record (ENR) New York Best Project Award of Merit in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category, the Concrete Industry Board Roger H. Corbetta Award of Special Recognition, the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) Excellence in Structural Engineering Award, and a place on the shortlist for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of New York Excellence in Engineering Award. The project is an extension of a renovated warehouse that reinvents the preexisting site and will house various tenants.
Rosewood Hong Kong, located at the new Victoria Dockside mixed-use development along Victoria Harbour, is a finalist for both the Leisure & Hospitality Project Award and the 2019 Surface Travel Awards. The project, which is also shortlisted for MIPIM Asia Awards’ Best Hotel & Tourism Development, emphasizes artistry through materials and form.
Also at Victoria Dockside, the new residential project K11 ARTUS is a finalist in the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets. The project merges work of various interior designers to create a diverse collection of spaces within a single building.
Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in US history, earned Engineering News Record (ENR) New York’s Best Project Award in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category. Driven by lifestyle and sustainability, Hudson Yards merges residences, offices, hotels, and retail.
A finalist in the Hotel Public Space Design category for the Society of British and International Interior Design International Design Awards, Rosewood Bangkok is a hospitality project in Bangkok’s central business district that symbolizes welcoming Thai culture.
