On July 16, the KPF Principal joined industry leaders on a panel to discuss strategies for creating inclusive, high-performing multifamily communities that attract and retain residents across all income levels.
With more than 20 years of experience leading the design and delivery of high-profile residential projects, Rebecca is recognized for her expertise in shaping vibrant, community-focused environments that respond to evolving urban needs. Her portfolio includes multifamily developments such as 520 Fifth Avenue and 111 Murray Street in New York, where she has demonstrated a commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and placemaking. KPF is working on several mixed-use residential projects in the Salt Lake City area, including Utah City a ground-up development dedicated to fostering a pedestrian-focused neighborhood.
On the panel “Developing, Designing and Managing Multifamily Communities for Diverse Renters,” Rebecca was joined by Carol Nelson (Asset Living), Krista Peters (Redstone Residential), and Jason Algaze (Abstract Development Group). Together, they explored strategies for inclusive design and effective management in today’s multifamily market. Rebecca shared insights on how thoughtful residential architecture can foster community, support sustainability goals, and create lasting value for both residents and developers.
