Today, the 30-story high-rise tower kicked off construction, marking the latest development in the city’s Uptown neighborhood.
The new office building is located at the meeting point of three vibrant neighborhoods: Uptown, the Arts District, and Victory Park. Overlooking Klyde Warren Park, the design pulls inspiration for the neighboring greenery, infusing the office space with landscaped balconies and terraces. A planted façade scales the podium structure. The building is also notable for its side-loaded core, resulting in open floor plans and access to natural light from all three sides. Tenants will have access to an amenity-filled podium with a café, in addition to a sky lobby and fitness facilities.
The Dallas Morning News recently reported that Bank of America signed a lease in September to become the building’s anchor tenant, occupying 238,000 square feet. Read the full article here.
