The KPF-designed project in Lebanon’s capital city was included in ArchDaily’s roundup of 20 contemporary projects to visit.
The guide features projects built by acclaimed local and international architects that encapsulate the spectrum of Beirut’s design scene. Marina Towers rises 120 meters along Zaitunay Bay, providing luxury residential and office space within a design that symbolizes the confluence of the sea and land at the site of Beirut’s beginnings. The fluid gesture of the tower top, which evokes the natural movement of the wind, creates a dynamic composition drawn from the sea to the city. The crescent shape of the apartment plan also brings forward the corner living areas to provide dramatic panoramas.
The outlet recently published a guide for Seoul that included KPF’s Lotte World Tower.
