Marianne Kwok Discusses the Future of the Office at Harvard Real Estate Symposium

On April 26, the KPF Principal joined leading experts in design, development, and real estate on a panel at the university’s annual real estate conference.

Organized jointly by students of both the Harvard Business School (HBS) and Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD), the one-day event brought together leaders in the urban design and development industries to examine real estate’s most relevant and pressing topics. Organized around the theme “At a Crossroads: Adapting to a Shifting Landscape,” the conference included keynote addresses, panel discussions, education highlights, and networking opportunities.

Marianne joined Mathew Hines, Director of Hines Strategic Projects Office; Anil Erdem, Managing Director at Bentall Green Oak; and Tommy Craig, Senior Vice Principal of Hines, for a conversation about the future of office design moderated by Patrice Derrington, Lecturer and Senior Fellow in Real Estate at GSD. Marianne’s contributions were informed by her decades of experience leading and executing large-scale office projects for high-profile clients, including TP-Link’s Lianzhou Building in Shenzhen, 10 & 30 Hudson Yards in New York City, and the One Pengrui development in Guangzhou.
