KPF Recognised for Transformative Digital Collaboration on One North Quay

KPF is a finalist in the Digital Construction Awards for the delivery of One North Quay with Canary Wharf Group, Kadans, Revitzo, Buro Happold, and Ramboll.

The team at One North Quay has utilised a new digital ecosystem, driven by Revizto, to replace traditional project management cycles and unify the workflow among architects, engineers, contractors, and the client. This innovative approach has eliminated silos, accelerated design coordination, enhanced build quality, reduced costly rework, and shortened the programme duration.

One North Quay—set to be completed in 2027—is a 76,500 sqm, purpose-built, commercial life sciences building that will become an iconic presence at the heart of North Quay in Canary Wharf, London. The 23-storey tower is designed as a stack of neighbourhoods supporting cross-discipline collaboration and is pursuing ambitious sustainability goals.

The Digital Construction Awards celebrate the most pioneering projects, teams, and individuals championing innovation and technology in the built environment. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on March 18 at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square, London.
