On July 15th, the KPF Director spoke in the Bisnow panel titled “Reimagining the Seaport’s Post-Pandemic Live and Play Hubs.”
The panel was part of the “Rise of the Boston Seaport” event, which focuses on Boston’s Seaport district and the growing life science market that has resulted in the need for new lab and office spaces. As part of the panel discussing predictions for the district post-pandemic, Jorge provided insight into the built environment’s influence on the draw and success of the neighborhood. KPF’s experience in the area includes Seaport Square Innovation District, a masterplan that stitches the various subsections together, anchored by Echelon Seaport, a mixed-use, mixed-income residential development. KPF is currently working on Channelside, a project that blends laboratory, office, residential, and retail components
Jorge was joined by Tinchuck Ng, Managing Director, Head of Investments, Cottonwood Group; Charles Storey, President, Harpoon Brewing Company; and Michael Jorgensen, Managing Director, Omni Hotels. The panel will be moderated by Celecilia Gordon, Director, Partner, Goulston & Storrs.
The panel took place on Thursday, July 15th at 8:30 AM EST at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA. Learn more about the full event hosted by Bisnow here.
