John will be joined by Miguel Barbas of Norfin and Tiago Sallas of Saraiva+Associados. The deep floorplates were reconfigured and opened to create light-filled interiors that are naturally ventilated for about a third of the year. Stepped terraces, planted courtyards, and a landscaped rooftop—together forming a “fifth façade” of 19,000m²—embed the building within a culture of wellness and community.
