Guangzhou One Pengrui is a mixed-use complex that synthesizes local landscapes and the urban environment on the eastern edge of Guangzhou’s Financial District. The project includes 149 serviced apartments, completing the residential component of the 328,000 m² development. Each unit is poised to redefine luxury living with its design inspired by the rich natural landscape of the surrounding area. The towers’ elliptical contours are deliberately shaped to optimize orientation, ensuring privacy while framing panoramic views of the Pearl River. Designed for resilience, Guangzhou One Pengrui’s sponge city design integrates nature, porous paving, and rainwater management systems to promote ecological and environmental sustainability.
