Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit, Guangzhou One Pengrui, One Bangkok, and Fusion New Bund were recognised in PERSPECTIVE Global’s annual awards.
In the Mixed-Use category, KPF scooped Gold for Huamu Lot 10 – The Summit, Silver for One Bangkok and a Certificate of Excellence for Fusion New Bund. In the Best Residential/Housing category, Guangzhou One Pengrui took the Silver award.
The 2025 A&D Awards, hosted by PERSPECTIVE Global, recognize the top architecture, interior, and project design achievements across 35 categories. 2025 marked another consecutive year of wins for KPF, including PERSPCTIVE’s Practice of the Year award in 2023.
