Designed thoughtfully for place and space making, Yiwu Place represents the departure from large-scale shopping malls and superblocks common across China, creating an evolved contemporary urban environment that integrates lifestyle, retail, and landscape, and prioritises urban exploration and interaction. Its design emerged from the study of exemplary mixed-use European destinations such as Covent Garden in London, and Campo Marzio, Rome, is inspired and executed through KPF’s dedication to true craftsmanship.
