GBDs are in a period of transformation influenced by technological advancements, changing economic conditions, global disruptions, and the increasing prevalence of remote work. The “2025 GBD Attractiveness Report” provides a detailed assessment of the world’s 30 leading GBDs, evaluating the districts across eight key categories that reflect their current and projected success.
