The KPF Principal joined a webinar that explored the findings from the 2025 ULI/EY Global Business Districts Attractiveness Report – a collaboration between EY, ULI Europe, and the GBD Innovation Club.
GBDs are in a period of transformation influenced by technological advancements, changing economic conditions, global disruptions, and the increasing prevalence of remote work. The “2025 GBD Attractiveness Report” provides a detailed assessment of the world’s 30 leading GBDs, evaluating the districts across eight key categories that reflect their current and projected success.
The expert-led webinar exploreed why 63% of stakeholders say GBDs are more attractive than in 2020; how talent, technology, and sustainability are redefining competitiveness; and Four megatrends shaping the future of urban powerhouses.
