The materiality of the terraces contrasts the main façade in color and materiality, resulting in an organic composition. Platform 16’s bronze-colored façade is constructed in three module sections, incorporating passive cooling systems throughout. A solar PV roof covering 20% of the building demand aids in the reduction of the building’s emissions.
