Director

Education

Bachelor of Architecture,
Parsons School of Design

Terri Cho brings more than two decades of experience to her role as Principal. Extensively involved in projects across Asia and the Middle East, she achieves success by employing a comparative process to fulfill both design efficiencies and client needs.

Terri has developed particular expertise working on supertall projects, including in her role as Managing Director for Lotte World Tower in the heart of Seoul, Korea. The 555-meter, 123-story tower and podium seamlessly brings together a wide array of program elements and involved dozens of consultants. Her leadership continues as the Project Manager of Panda Tower, a 500-meter mixed-use complex in Chengdu. Both these landmarks are centerpieces for transformative, mixed-use master plans.

Expert at managing highly complex endeavors, she led two of KPF most complicated undertakings. The Dongdaegu Transportation Hub serves as the gateway to the center of the city, while providing the community with a new civic center, combining transportation, culture, and business. Terri and the KPF team blended the varied programming in a logical, efficient, and aesthetic manner, requiring constant communication between client and consultants. Dubai’s Atlantis, The Royal is likewise one of KPF’s most ambitious projects, for which Terri managed the coordination with the client, a team of international consultants and structural engineer to create the resort’s stepped form with multiple sky bridges.

Terri attended Parson’s School of Design and prior to joining KPF in 2004, she worked for several years at a mid-size firm in New York.
