Deeply involved in some of the most significant developments across Asia and the Middle East, her approach maximizes efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of design quality.
Integrating Diverse Functions
Terri has extensive expertise in the planning and delivery of complex projects that incorporate multiple programs into a logical, efficient, and aesthetic whole. Working on large-scale undertakings such as city gateways, transportation hubs, business centers, retail districts, and cultural landmarks, she leverages a diverse mix of uses to create dynamic urban environments and globally recognizable centerpieces of transformative master plans. Examples include the Dongdaegu Transportation Hub, which combines essential transit linkages with an ambitious commercial and retail overbuild, as well as the award-winning, two-million-square-foot Atlantis, The Royal resort in Dubai.

Delivering at Scale
An industry leader in the delivery of high-performance projects, Terri applies deep technical expertise to manage complex engineering challenges and orchestrate diverse, multi-disciplinary teams transforms to ensure no idea is out of reach. Terri has been instrumental in the delivery of several of KPF’s tallest towers including North Bund Lot 91, a pioneering all-electric supertall tower in Shanghai, China, as well as the Lotte World Tower in Seoul, South Korea’s tallest building. These projects rank among the world’s tallest towers, with Lotte World Tower firmly positioned within the global top 10.
