For The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, Romina coordinated complex building systems and consultant integration while designing finely crafted residential spaces. Her technical leadership shines through at Arthaus, a 47-story residential tower and transformative landmark for Philadelphia’s Arts District, where she guided the project from design development to project close-out while accommodating a complex system of ground floor retail and world-class amenities.

From Concept to Construction

Romina’s hands-on role across multiple phases ensures seamless continuity from design intent through construction administration, making her an invaluable resource for her teams. In Canada, for Deloitte Tower and the Ernst & Young Tower, she upheld BIM standards and documentation quality across all project phases. For the Shanghai DreamCenter F-1, Romina led a multidisciplinary, global team through the full project lifecycle and was instrumental in reconciling the project’s complex programmatic requirements with its architectural form.
