Three KPF Projects Recognized in American Architecture Awards

320 Granville, Scope Langsuan, and 660 Fifth Avenue were honored in the program organized by The Chicago Athenaeum.

A winner in the Corporate Office Building category, 320 Granville offers AAA office space and provides an enhanced public realm to the Central Waterfront district of Vancouver. Receiving an honorary mention in the same category, 660 Fifth Avenue is the retrofit of an outdated office building in Midtown Manhattan, which has been reclad to optimize the building’s performance and efficiency. Its new façade maximizes daylight and views to create a desirable contemporary workplace. Scope Langsuan, a winner in the Skyscraper/High-Rise category, is a luxury residential tower located in the center of one of Bangkok’s most desirable and rapidly evolving neighborhoods.

From a new construction office tower to an efficient retrofit and high-rise residential building, the projects recognized by the American Architecture Awards each highlight a unique approach to KPF’s mission of elevating cities through impactful design, with particular attention to performance, context, and craft.

The American Architecture Awards are organized by The Chicago Athenaeum together with the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The awards honor cutting-edge design across 26 categories. See KPF’s previous winning projects, beginning with 2023, here.
