A landmark mixed-use project, TCC DAKA Renewable Resource Recycling Center (RRRC) is included in the Dezeen Awards 2026 Regional Showcase.
The RRRC combines industrial, cultural, and environmental programs, radically reimagining the role of industrial architecture in society. By wrapping a high-efficiency waste incineration facility in a sensitively designed nature and cultural center, the project addresses the shortcomings of local waste disposal and demonstrates cutting-edge building techniques, while educating the public about sustainable futures.
New this year, the Regional Showcases highlight standout work across three regions: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
