One Nine Elms serves as the focal point of the evolving district, with two slender towers dedicated to the Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences and Hotel. The project is founded on the concept of mixing different use types and tenures to create an active environment, providing almost 500 new apartments, high-scale amenities, and a central plaza with activated retail fronts.
