Setting standards for contemporary high-end living, the mixed-use twin towers have been honoured in the 2025 RESI Awards.
One Nine Elms was conceived of as the focal point for the evolving Nine Elms district and is home to the UK’s first Park Hyatt hotel. The 56-storey residential City Tower and 42-storey River Tower house high-end residences and luxury hotel suites finished with exceptional interiors in a prime riverside location. Hotel guests enjoy access to world-class amenities, including a ballroom, wellness floor with gym, pool, and spa, and signature dining experiences. Resident amenities include a business lounge, children’s playroom, and sky terrace positioning One Nine Elms as one of London’s most sought-after residences.
Living spaces are extended with integrated winter gardens that provide striking views towards the River Thames, Battersea Power Station and Houses of Parliament. Cityscapes are purposefully framed by the building’s design – the deliberate angles and massing rotation prevent overlooking and allow for vistas between towers in the Nine Elms cluster. A combination of elegant materials, minimalist details and a neutral colour palette were specified to deliver a contemporary aesthetic.
