Senior Associate Principals Charles Olsen and Martin Wilding will contribute to discussions on how technology and AI are shaping the future of the built environment.
On September 10, Charles will speak on the panel “The AI-Ready Building: What Developers Need to Get Right,” exploring how the growth of London’s AI sector is creating new demands for commercial buildings. Drawing on his experience delivering complex commercial projects across London, Charles will discuss the role of design in creating adaptable, high-performing workplaces that can accommodate changing technologies and occupier needs.
Moderated by Julia Lee, UK Chief Production Editor at CoStar, the panel will also feature Liam Graham, Country Head, Cellnex; Richard Rixson, Executive Director, Endurance Land; Ed Arrowsmith, Partner, London Leasing – Offices and Life Sciences, Cushman & Wakefield; and Tom Loader, Global Director of Digital Strategy, Multiplex.
