On September 25, the Senior Associate Principal joined a panel at the London Real Estate Forum (LREF), to discuss the future of the workplace in tall buildings.
The panel discussion titled, “Elevating Experience: Reimagining the Workplace in Tall Buildings”, will bring together leading voices to discuss the creation of workplaces that support employee well-being and help firms attract and retain the best staff.
Charles’ expertise in the office and tall buildings sector are essential to the success of KPF’s tall buildings portfolio in London. His projects include One Crown Place, a mixed-use regeneration project in Hackney, and 52 Lime Street “The Scalpel”, in the heart of the city. Joining Charles on the panel are Lynn Smith, Portfolio Director and Head of Development & ESG at M&G Real Estate; Phillip Shalless, Senior Asset Manager at AXA Investment Management; Jordan Jeffery, Head of Property & Asset Management at JLL UK; and Catherine Staniland, Director of Strategy and Research at the NLA.
