KPF Principal Lloyd Sigal will join an October 27 session at the Miami conference that delves into three new research reports at the intersection of energy and real estate, including one by KPF.
In addition to the KPF report, which evaluates the potential of grid-friendly and low-carbon district energy systems in New York City, the session will feature reports on how the data center buildout is driving real estate value and impacting property markets and how the market landscape for on-site battery energy storage is evolving. The session will feature an overview of the three papers with remarks from the researchers, writers, and subject matter experts who contributed to each.
