Javier Roig Delivers Keynote Presentation at the Global Work in Place Conference

The KPF Director will present “Workplace Architecture: A Global Vision,” an exploration of emerging office design trends, at the Asociación Española de Oficinas (AEO) annual conference in Madrid.

Javier’s keynote will use KPF’s portfolio to illustrate insights into the evolution of workplace design. From new office-led, mixed-use developments, such as Entrecampos in Lisbon, to the potential for outdated mono-use offices to be reimagined as vibrant mixed-used destinations, as demonstrated at 8 Canada Square, Canary Wharf.

Javier’s portfolio includes some of KPF’s most significant office repositioning, urban planning, and hospitality projects, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design, social impact, and inclusive placemaking.

Taking place on October 5 in Madrid, Spain, the Global Work in Place 2025 (WIP’25) conference marks AEO’s 20th anniversary and recognizes the role of offices as catalysts for the economic, social, and cultural development of cities.
