Sulo Development has opened the sales gallery for Fulton Bond, a KPF-designed residential development in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
Rooted in the industrial character of the West Loop, Fulton Bond is the first of two towers planned for a full-block development at 1325 West Fulton Street. The building’s double-height brick arches create a dialogue with the neighborhood’s industrial past. Between each tower, publicly accessible pocket parks break up the development’s massing and introduce a pedestrian-oriented scale. Inside, apartments are centered on inverted bay windows expressed through the building’s signature arches, with oversized loggias offering opportunities for outdoor living and skyline views.
The sales gallery—by interior designers March and White Design—marks the first opportunity to experience Fulton Bond’s architectural character at scale, offering prospective buyers a first look at the craftsmanship, material quality, and generosity of space that will define the residences.
