Four KPF Architects and Designers Named BWAF Emerging Leaders

Zheng Wu, Yafei Zhang, Danielle Rose Aspitz, and Zhurong Qian were among a select group to join the next class of the Beverley Willis Architecture Foundation Emerging Leaders program.

This session’s class features 16 individuals, with four of the emerging leaders coming from KPF. The group includes Senior Associate Principal Zheng Wu, Associate Principal and Kean University Adjunct Professor Yafei Zhang, and Architectural Designers Danielle Rose Aspitz and Zhurong Qian.

The Beverely Willis Architecture Foundation (BWAF) Emerging Leaders program was founded in 2017 and brings together a select group of women (maximum of 24 participants per class) who are 5-10 years out of school. The group will engage with industry leaders in architecture, real estate, law, and financial services, as they share common experiences and trade personal strategies for success. The group’s sessions will focus on “Detours, Diligence, and Dreams.” Learn more about the program here.

In 2018, BWAF bestowed KPF Principal Jill Lerner with the distinguished Keystone Award.
