Victoria Dockside, K11 Musea, Sequis Tower, Grand Gateway 66 Renovation, and Qianhai Kerry Centre were recognized across six categories in this year’s awards.
Recognized in two categories was Qianhai Kerry Centre in Shenzhen, earning Silver for Best Green Development and Gold for Best Mixed-Use Development. The project features convenient access to public transportation and integrates landscape and accessible green spaces throughout the complex. Another KPF project included in the Best Mixed-Use Development category, earning Silver, was Victoria Dockside, which hosts the Rosewood Hong Kong along with commercial and retail space, and offers prime views over the Hong Kong Harbor. The retail center within Victoria Dockside, K11 Musea, won Gold for Best Retail Development.
Sequis Tower earned Bronze in the Best Office Development category. In the city’s capital, the tower takes inspiration from Indonesia’s local banyan tree. This contrasts the typical all-glass rectilinear architecture that is common in Jakarta.
Grand Gateway 66 received Gold for Best Refurbished Building. KPF updated the retail base of the landmark Shanghai mixed-use development with an inviting radial design that opens the space to pedestrians in the Xujiahui district.
