KPF joined Greystar and Mace to celebrate the construction milestone for this landmark development.
Chapter London Bridge, a 39-storey tower adjacent to London Bridge station, tops out at 133 meters. The development, by Greystar, offers best-in-class student living, amenity spaces, and an enhanced public realm.
By incorporating an advanced level of prefabrication, Chapter London Bridge serves as a model for modern methods of construction. Mace has used its High-Rise Solutions (HRS) approach, an advanced offsite construction method, to improve quality and efficiency. This method will result in a 1,250-tonne reduction in embodied carbon as well as 40% less traffic from deliveries. The project aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of “Excellent” and a five-star Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) score.
Chapter London Bridge will house students from across London’s universities, providing a mix of amenities such as cafes, gym, cinema, and a landscaped terrace on the 37th floor, creating a dynamic student experience and offering unprecedented views across the city.
The project is expected to complete in August 2025.
