Andrew Klare Discusses Austin Designs Trends with Bisnow

On September 14th, the KPF Director joined a panel at Bisnow’s State of the Commercial Real Estate Market conference to share insight into the future of construction and design in the area.

On the panel “Construction, Development, and Design Trends,” Andrew, alongside a group of industry experts,  shared how to create competitive advantages and appeal to developers looking to source their next deal in Austin. Andrew touched on KPF’s current design work in the city, Waterline, a mixed-use project overlooking Lady Bird Lake.  A podium dedicated to hotel programming supports office, retail, and residential space above, bifurcated with indoor/outdoor amenities.

Andrew was joined be Joe Llamas, Founder, Generational Commercial Properties; Matt Epple, Partner, Brokerage and Development, Weitzman; Stephen Coulston, Principal, Urban Design, Perkins&Will; and Martha Weidmann, CEO, NINE dot ARTS.

The event took place on Wednesday, September 14th, at ShadySide in Austin, Texas. Events began at 8:00 AM CDT and the Construction, Development, and Design Trends panel began at 10:30 AM. Learn more here.
