520 Fifth Avenue Nominated for 6sqft’s Building of the Year

520 Fifth Avenue, the tallest mixed-use tower on Fifth Avenue, has been named a finalist in 6sqft’s annual Building of the Year competition, which recognizes New York’s most notable residential projects. Explore the full list of finalists and cast your vote below.

Located on Manhattan’s premier business and retail corridor, 520 Fifth Avenue is an 88-story vertical village designed with sustainability, health, wellness, and connectivity at its core. Developed by Rabina, the project officially commenced closings in December after selling over 95 percent of its inventory in less than a year. In November, Moss—a new members-only club—opened within the tower, marking another major milestone for the development and cementing its status as a top contender in this prestigious award.

The 6sqft Building of the Year is an annual, public-voted award organized by 6sqft, a digital publication covering New York City architecture, real estate, and design. Each year, 6sqft selects a shortlist of the city’s most significant new residential projects and invites the public to vote for their favorite.

Voting is open through 5PM EST on Monday, December 29. Vote here.
