Jonah Hansen

Jonah Hansen has more than 13 years of experience in the planning and design of a variety project types, including office, hospitality, residential and healthcare projects. Since joining KPF in 2004, Jonah has played many roles on some of the firm’s most prestigious projects throughout the United States, Canada and overseas, balancing fluently both the design and management of complex projects.

Jonah has lead the design teams for several of KPF’s Canadian projects, each of which were successfully guided by his strength of international expertise. In Vancouver, Jonah served as Project Manager for MNP Tower, which was recently completed in 2015. The award-winning project is defined by its waterfront views and close proximity to the adjacent, historic Guinness Tower. In Toronto, he is the Project Manager for 100 Adelaide, which is an office tower with retail at the base and scheduled to be completed in 2017. The project provides competitive, world-class office space to downtown Toronto, a growing financial hub.

Jonah’s experience is broad, having served various roles throughout the design process. In Philadelphia, he served as Project Manager for SLS International, a residential and hospitality tower that thoughtfully contributes to the city’s skyline, while activating the site’s pedestrian experience. Additional projects include developing the curtainwall design for KPMG Headquarters, an office tower in Canary Wharf in London, managing the design for the early stages of development for a Park Hyatt hotel in Hangzhou, China, and design studies for the development of a new hotel at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Prior to working at KPF, Jonah held posts at a number of development and construction management firms, which is evident in his pragmatic and thorough approach to managing projects.
