This boutique residential tower’s sinuous form and undulating façade re-establish a link between Biscayne Bay and the nature preserve of Simpson Park.

Responding to the energy of Brickell, the adjacent park, and the heroic waterfront while resolving the complexities of a triangular site, 75 Broadway introduces a cohesive, sinuous architectural form to the Miami skyline. The design of the 52-story tower directly connects the residential experience to these distinct attributes of its context. Triangular in plan, the building positions a structural core in one corner, allowing for expansive open floor plans and generous vistas oriented toward the park and waterfront. The fluid geometry of the façade is articulated by large, floor-to-ceiling glass panels, up to 25% wider than those in comparable Miami developments, providing extensive panoramic views with minimal visual interruption.

At street level, composed landscaping and an articulated arrival of curved glass establish a measured rhythm and pedestrian connectivity at the entrance. Residents’ elevators open directly into private entry spaces, with building services concealed to maintain visual continuity within the interiors. Communal spaces are distributed across three amenity levels—a wellness center at the top of the parking podium, a lounge above the uppermost residential floor, and a rooftop terrace with a pool overlooking Simpson Park.
