KPF projects awarded Platinum and Silver in the Commercial and Office categories of the 2024 Global Design Awards.
Yiwu Place, awarded Platinum, is a mixed-use urban complex crafted to promote exploration and interaction among its visitors by incorporating a rich variety of architectural forms, communal areas, and traditional materials. The design offers a contemporary alternative to the large-scale malls and superblocks common across Asia.
Huamu Lot 10 -The Summit, awarded Silver, is a new cultural hub enriched with diverse local programming. The development features three office towers and a new public plaza and is located within the same block as Shanghai’s newest museum, creating a vibrant, culturally active district.
The REARD Global Design Awards were founded in 2015. Submissions are judged on innovation, performance, aesthetics, sustainability, and impact on the local community and economy.
