The KPF-designed project in Bangkok was honored in the Best Office Development category in the regional awards program.
The head office for United Overseas Bank overlooks Sukhumvit Road, one of Bangkok’s prime avenues in close proximity to Phrom Phong BTS station. The crystalline building is set back from the street wall to form a large green public plaza. Fronting the plaza is a transparent banking hall that caters to customer services, offering a welcoming presence. Following this sequence of public spaces, an intimate set of outdoor areas leads to the office lobbies and a lushly landscaped garden at the back of the site.
The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
