Mixed-use projects Huamu Lot 10 and Yiwu Place have been shortlisted in the Commercial category of the 2024 Global Design Awards.
Huamu Lot 10, known as The Summit, recently celebrated the official opening of its retail programs. This new cultural hub is infused with rich local programming. The development comprises three office towers, a new public plaza, and sits within the same block as Shanghai’s newest museum, creating a vibrant and culturally active district.
Yiwu Place, a contemporary mixed-use commercial complex that also recently welcomed guests for the first time, revives the mixed-use city model by integrating lifestyle, retail, and landscape on a lively retail streetscape.
