The first of three residential towers planned for a full-block development in the West Loop, 1325 West Fulton Street is defined by crafted brick arches rooted in the unique urban texture of Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
The project’s double-height brick arches—hand-set for podium levels and precast above—create a dialogue between the building and the surrounding formerly industrial neighborhood that becomes its signature aesthetic gesture. The warm tone of the material gives the building a familiar and inviting feel, drawing visitors into its publicly accessible pocket parks that emphasize its pedestrian-oriented scale. 1325 West Fulton Street was designed from the inside out, with the optimal unit layout driving each subsequent design decision; every room is centered on an inverted bay window, while oversized loggias present opportunities for outdoor living and skyline views.
