The transformation project for Norfin, designed by KPF with Saraiva+Associados, was announced as a winner in the Offices category.
Located in Lisbon, Oriente Green Campus is the transformation of an obsolete asset and derelict structure into a highly sustainable academic and tech office campus. The development retains about 91% of the original structure, resulting in estimated embodied carbon savings of 20,000 tonnes of CO2.
