KPF’s Excellence in Academic Design is Recognised in the 2025 AUDE Awards Longlist

The Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) has selected KPF as a finalist for the “Supplier of the Year” award.

KPF has introduced industry-leading master planning frameworks to the UK that establish the long-term trajectories required to help universities achieve their targets across multiple measures: growth, sustainability, research expansion, and campus satisfaction.

The King’s College London Masterplan Framework is a campus-wide initiative which was designed to accommodate student growth without expanding the estate footprint. The first architectural project to emerge from this framework is the deep retrofit of Bush House South West Wing, which addresses many of the problems facing universities today, such as how to adapt historic or legacy buildings to meet emerging requirements and therefore sets the tone for the future of King’s as an elite learning institution. KPF’s academic portfolio includes: The University of Birmingham 2045 Campus Vision, UK; HKUST (GZ), China, and CUNY Advanced Science Research Centers, New York.

AUDE promotes excellence in strategic planning, management, operation and development of High Education estates and facilities. Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on Wednesday, April 30 at the Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Caerdydd – National Museum Cardiff.
