The project was selected by a respected jury of leading real estate professionals from around the globe.

KPF’s design for Jing An Kerry Center in Shanghai has been awarded an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Award for Excellence at the Institute’s Fall meeting in San Francisco.

The competition, widely acknowledged as one of the most prestigious real estate awards programs, recognizes excellence in land use practice through design, construction, economics, planning and management. The project was selected by a respected jury of leading real estate professionals from around the globe.

The winning multi-use complex features two towers, podium retail, a 508-key hotel, an event center and office amenities. Establishing its presence on the Nanjing Xi Lu, the development fuses the neighborhood’s historic character with the creativity of modern Shanghai, and serves as a signature landmark for the city.

KPF has received the ULI Global Award for Excellence previously for Hysan Place in Hong Kong (2013), and Tour First in Paris (2012).
