Organized by the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), the award recognizes buildings that contribute to a city at an urban, architectural and community level.

KPF`s Jing An Kerry Center in Shanghai was announced as a finalist for the Urban Habitat Award 2015. Organized by the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, the award recognizes buildings that contribute to a city at an urban, architectural and community level. KPF’s design works with the dense grain of the Jing An District, fusing the neighborhood’s historical character with the creativity of modern Shanghai to create a signature landmark for the city. The multi-use complex features two towers, podium retail, a 508-key hotel, an event center and office amenities.
