Inauguration of Deloitte Tower Marks Montreal’s First New Office Tower in 20+ Years

The 500,000 square-foot tower houses premium office facilities, with a staff restaurant and gym, an active outdoor courtyard and retail space.

The KPF-designed Deloitte Tower was inaugurated today by Cadillac Fairview, in a ceremony that marked the completion of the first new commercial office tower in downtown Montreal in over twenty years. The tower is also the city’s first office development to be LEED Platinum (CS) certified, with energy consumption 30-40% lower than a conventional office tower. The 500,000 square-foot tower houses premium office facilities, with a staff restaurant and gym, an active outdoor courtyard and retail space. The design forms a sculpted, contemporary landmark that rises in two slender volumes between the Bell Centre and heritage-designated Windsor Station.
