Selected from over 1,100 submissions, the firm’s projects earned “Golden” and “Excellent” awards for their contributions to Chinese cities and culture.
Design firms from around the world presented their projects to a jury comprising top leaders within the Chinese real estate community. The jury granted a total of ten golden awards, two of which went to KPF’s Shenzhen Ping An Finance Centre and Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre. Three other KPF projects, CITIC Tower, Genesis Beijing, and WF Central won awards at the “Excellent” level.
With a core tenet “design creates value,” CRED has become of the most prestigious and influential awards programs in the Chinese real estate industry. Projects are cited for their contributions to China’s social fabric, their connections to the country’s rich history, their impact on urban development, and their environmentally friendly approaches.
