KPF’s Director of Applied Research spoke at the recent NXT BLD conference, a future-looking event that explores innovative, emerging technologies for the built environment.
In his presentation, Cobus explained how the KPF Advanced Technology group develops remote geometry and visual compute tools, expanding global infrastructure to continue delivering award-winning architectural designs. Involved in many aspects of advanced design, visualization, complex geometry, and fabrication, he applies computational, cognitive, and visual design workflows to enhance the design, review, and fabrication processes internally and for our clients.
The conference topics included digital fabrication, visualization, artificial intelligence, robots, generative design, virtual reality, reality modeling, and plenty more. View the live stream here and learn more about the events here.
