KPF’s Global Director of Sustainability joined The Architect’s Newspaper and fellow experts for a discussion on how digital tools are advancing climate-friendly design on October 22 at Newlab in Brooklyn, New York.
Carlos will present KPF’s data-driven approach to achieving sustainability benchmarks in projects and advancing decarbonization in the built environment at TECH+, a day-long conference on architecture and technology. The presentation will focus on KPF’s global portfolio, demonstrating how the latest environmental modelling software supports the firm’s climate-resilient designs at the building and urban scale and showcasing in-house technology that supports lifecycle carbon assessment for building materials and entire projects. Carlos will be joined by sustainable design experts from Henning Larsen and Walter P. Moore who will discuss their firms’ related software development efforts; a roundtable discussion moderated by AN will follow.
