On June 16th, KPF’s Director of West Coast Operations joined the panel “The Future of Development and Investment in the Bay” as part of the conference focused on how the city’s built environment shapes its future.
Angela joined experts in the developer and investor industries as they explored their confidence in tomorrow’s market. On the panel, Angela was joined by Connor Kidd, President, the Swig Company; Maggie Kadin, Managing Director, Tishman Speyer; Maki Bara, President Co-Founder, Chartres Lodging Group; Isis Spinola-Schwartz, COO, Forge Development Partners; and Jeff Enright, Managing Director, Kidder Mathews. The panel was moderated by Robert Howard, Senior Associate, Pillsbury, Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
The Bisnow conference took place at the recently opened, KPF-designed 415 Natoma. The office building, which anchors the 5M SoMA mixed-use development, features large open floor plates and activity-based layouts, along with a variety of collaborative spaces. The building’s ground level is publicly accessible, with large sliding glass doors that open to the adjacent streets and parks of the neighborhood.
